Overview

The tour is designed for students，who will get the opportunity to travel from the great city of Beijing to experience the ancient history of the Terra-cotta Warriors in Xi’an. Students will also travel to the most beautiful village Wuyuan and the unique porcelain town Jingdezhen. This tour offers students a complete China experience: exploring China,sightseeing,guided tours,cultural and fun activities, and the opportunity of visiting Chinese schools and other attractions.

Day 1 :

Day 01（7 March): Chicago to Beijing （By flight）.

Departure from Chicago international airport. International flight to Beijing，flight :to be informed.

Day 2 :

(8 March):Arrival in Beijing

Airport pickup and transfer to check in at hotel .the activities for the rest of the day will depend on the arrival time of international flight. Night at Mercure Beijing Downtown or similar (4 star) (B/L/D)

Day 3 :

（9 March): Visit Beijing

Attactions and activities included: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Beijing Hutongs,Hutong family visit,Theatrical masks making,Dumplings making . Special dinner of Peking Roast Duck. Night at Mercure Beijing Downtown or similar (4 star) (B/L/D)

Day 4 :

（10 March): Visit Beijing

Visit Cloisonne handicrafts factory, visit the Great Wall of China (Juyongguan Pass), Outside visit Bird's Nest and Water Cube. Night at Mercure Beijing Downtown or similar (4 star) (B/L/D)

Day 5 :

5（11 March): Beijing-Xi’an

Transfer to take high-speed morning train from Beijing to Xi’an. Upon arrival, pickup from train station and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Muslim Street，the ancient City Wall & riding a bike. Special dinner of traditional dumplings.Night at Xi’an Titantimes hotel or similar (4 star) (B/L/D)

Day 6 :

（12 March):Xi’an- Nanchang

Visit Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, Shaanxi Historical Museum,Transfer to take flight to Nanchang, Nanchang City lights Show. Night at Holiday Inn Express hotel or similar (4 star) (B/L/D)

Day 7 :

（13 March): Nanchang-Jingdezhen

Nanchang City Tour, visit a local school in Nanchang (Qihua School), then drive to Jingdezhen. Special dinner of Gan Style food. visit Taoxichuan Ceramic Creative Market Place & Art Galleries. Night at Holiday Inn Express

Day 8 :

（14 March): Jingdezhen

Visit Porcelain Workshops and DIY experience, visit Porcelain Museums and Ancient Kiln sites. (B/L/D)

Day 9 :

（15 March): Wuyuan Villages

Visit Wuyuan Villages and Hui Style architectures，Tea Terrace, Rice Paddies,experiencing the local Peasants’ life stlye. Night at Linqi hotel or similar (4 star) (B/L/D)

Day 10 :

（16 March):Wuyuan-Shanghai

High-speed train or bus to Shanghai,Shanghai city tour, visit Pudong and the Bund. Night at Holiday Inn Express or similar (4 star) (B/L/D)

Day 11 :

（17 March):Shanghai

International flight back to Chicago . (B/L/D)
